Workbence was founded in 2022 by Mert Kilan with a single focus: build AI platforms that solve real enterprise problems. That first bet — PetroMind™ AI for the oil & gas industry — proved the model worked.
Since then, Workbence has grown into a holding company with four distinct businesses. We launched Workbence Studio for mobile apps and games, built GreenFur Pet Store for sustainable commerce, and started Workbence Agency to help other businesses with their technology needs. The portfolio keeps growing.

A note from Mert Kilan
When I started Workbence, I didn't set out to build a consulting firm or a startup studio. I wanted to build companies that I would own and run — businesses that solve problems I care about.
That started with AI. I saw enterprises struggling to use it in any practical way, so we built platforms that actually work in the field — on oil rigs, in hospitals, across financial markets. That became Workbence AI.
From there, the vision grew. We built GreenFur because we believe pet owners deserve sustainable options. We launched Workbence Studio because we had ideas for mobile apps and games we wanted to bring to life ourselves.
